Shannon will need to know as much detail as possible about the training you are seeking. She will also need to know things like what kind of computer you are using, what operating system is installed (Windows or Mac), and what software you already have installed on your unit. (See the "Design Your Training Plan" page.)
Training is contracted and paid according to the training hours required. (Refer to the "Cost of Training" page, or click on the "Training Fees" button on the left of this page.
Contracting for training hours is to your advantage, becuase those hours can be utilized in the most beneficial way for you. Additionally, you are not limited to a particular class or level of training. By paying for training hours that can be used in whatever way is most efficient for helping you reach your technology goals, we believe you are better served because you are not stuck in a particular track, you can advance quickly or slowly, depending on your needs and desires, and you do not have to keep up with or wait for other students in a class to move ahead. Note:There is an exception to this principle if you register for a small group class or class of the month. In this case, you will be paying for a class which is scheduled for a particular time and day, and training with others in the group.
Once the number of training hours you wish to purchase is determined, you can make your payment in several ways:
Physically come into the Autobahn Office and make the payment in person with cash, check, debit, or credit card.
Make the payment over the phone with a credit card.
Make the payment on-line with a debit or credit card through an electronic invoice.
Here's how it works: Call Shannon or send her an e-mail providing the information requested below:
Your name, phone number, and e-mail address.
The type of training you desire and the number of training hours you want to purchase.
She will either call you for further clarification or send you a PayPal invoice by e-mail.
When you receive the electronic invoice, simply follow the directions for making the on-line payment. (PayPal generated electronic invoices and on-line payments carry a guarantee of security.)
When Shannon receives notification from PayPal that your payment has been received, or once you have made the payment in person or by phone, a LifeTech training technician will contact you to arrange your first training session and subsequent training schedule. It's that easy.
